Maintaining the legacy of a 127-year-old company has its ups and downs. And lately, employees have been feeling the down. So we set to restore employee pride and confidence among the rank and file. How did we do it?

In a company-wide social media takeover, we gave employees the cameras (so to speak) to let them show us why GE is one of America’s most iconic and beloved companies.
