STEM, a male-dominated industry, is struggling to fill a surplus of jobs. And research shows why: young girls interested in science are taught at an early age that STEM subjects are strictly for boys.

AdCouncil wanted us to inspire young girls to believe and puruse their passions. So we created a campaign telling the stories of successful women of STEM who once faced the same challenges millions of girls are going through now. Because if young girls can see their future, then one day, they can live it.
