GE AT WORK

Maintaining the legacy of a 127-year-old company has its ups and downs. And at the time, employees had been really feeling the downs. So, we set out to restore employee pride and confidence among the rank and file. How did we do it?

In a company-wide social media takeover, we gave employees the cameras (so to speak) to let them show us why GE is one of America’s most iconic and innovative companies.
