Maintaining the legacy of a 127-year-old company comes with highs and lows. At the time of this project, employees were feeling more of the latter. So we set out to restore pride and confidence across the organization.

Our solution was a company-wide social media takeover that flipped the lens inward. We handed employees the cameras and invited them to show, in their own words and work, why GE remains one of America’s most iconic and innovative companies.
